The usual mission story doesn't include a touch of royalty, but missionaries Herbert and Della Hansen were unusual missionaries. Mrs. Hansen became supervisor for the lavish palace of the emperor of Ethiopia. In addition to regular mission duties, they were able to lend an influence with the royal family which will undoubtedly be felt for many years in that interesting country. Their account of the mission work and their contacts and duties in the palace make for a modern mission story.
