Description
*Condition Note: Book has very minor cover wear, but on the inside there is freckling in the first few pages and page edge pitting/damage.*
I have written this book for Christians and non-Christians alike, for those who belong to a church and those who have lost all interest in religion, whose reaction to all religious questions is "I couldn't care less."
Purposely I have tried to use the simplest language, convinced that one basic reason why the glorious good news of the Christian message has lost much of its potency is that it has become almost totally obscured and bogged down in theological jargon. If there is no reference in these pages to existentialism or neo-orthodoxy or demythologizing, or the like, I make no apology to anyone.
When Jesus spoke, the common people heard Him gladly, and it is my hope that millions of the common people of the twentieth century--and some not so common--will be blessed and refreshed by this new presentation of an old but ever-beautiful theme. Here indeed is good news for you.
