Description.
When we describe the Christian life as a relationship with our Creator, prayer is the connection that keeps this relationship alive, healthy and growing. Drawing from the Bible, personal experience and the communal life of the church, Keeping Connections re-introduces you to the life of prayer—and its potential to renew and transform your most important relationship. More than just a theory, prayer becomes practical, a vital part of your life lived well with God.
“I recommend this book for anyone who wants a close relationship with the Saviour. As the author reminds us, the disciples’ most important request of Jesus was to teach them how to pray. That’s what we should ask as well. May you be blessed as you read and take the time to meditate on the message that comes throughout this book—keeping the connection close and constant.”—Erna Johnson, Prayer Ministries Coordinator, South Pacific Division of Seventh-day Adventists
“This is an excellent prayer resource. The thoughts are fresh and concepts are well illustrated. Keeping Connection made me rethink my prayer life in several areas.”—Dr. Bruce Manners, author, Reckless Love
