About the Author
Elder W.D. Frazee, after completing his apprenticeship with John Tindall, ministered in San Francisco and Utah. His resourcefulness during the Great Depression, recruiting volunteers to join his faith ministry, laid the groundwork for the establishment of the Wildwood Medical Missionary Institute in 1942.
