With its publication of a two-book symposium on Revelation (of which this is the first half), the Committee concludes nearly a decade of ongoing study that first focused on issues in Daniel, Leviticus, and Hebrews.
Interest in the meaning of the book of Revelation is widespread among many Christian groups. Several chapters in these new volumes examine the arguments for both past and futurist interpretations of Revelation. This volume deals heavily with different aspects of the obscure series of the seals (4:1-8:1) and the trumpets (8:1-11:18), as well as other aspects of the first half of Revelation.
