For a beginner, Warming Up To Living Foods is so easy to use. The recipe ingredients are all listed at the beginning of each chapter - so I can see what I need, or if I already have what I need to make any recipe. This is the only book I have found that talks about how to warm foods that are not 'cooked.' The book is filled with choices; choices for warming up foods, choices for ingredients, plus choices for machines to juice / process the foods into mouth friendly textures. I can easily look up recipes for meals, snacks, drinks, or dessert recipes - the book has 7 days for each of these categories. Lots of helpful organizing went into writing this book. Glad I have this book.
