About the Book
This book is a guide written to help parents lead older children in a character study of Jesus. Readers will explore the various facets of Jesus and His mission and ministry through a number of symbols found in the Bible. Symbols and concepts are illustrated through numerous Scripture texts. Ida Brown writes, believing that children can learn to study the Bible, its deep concepts and truths, and think for themselves. Parental guidance is highly encouraged to ascertain that the child correctly understands the Bible passages studied. Repetition will be needed to allow the child time to learn, comprehend, and master the concepts presented.
