About the Author

The author accepted Christ as his Lord and Saviour forty-eight years ago, but only in recent years came into this deep relationship with God. He has served the Church as pastor, teacher, departmental director, and currently is the president of the Atlantic Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. He has traveled numerous countries conducting evangelistic campaigns through which thousands of souls have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. He has degrees in Theology and Religion from the West Indies College, Jamaica West Indies and Andrews University, Berrien Springs Michigan, and a Doctoral Degree in Evangelism and Church Growth from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena California. Even with these accomplishments, to the author there is no greater accomplishment than experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit.
