The role of a judge in the United States judicial system is to uphold the law and render a verdict as to the guilt or innocence of a person. About the Author

Gary Strunk, a Yucaipa, Calif., resident, retired in 2011 after fifty-one years of ministry, serving for twenty-four years as a pastor in a variety of locations, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, and Ontario, Canada. During his career Gary taught at five high schools (Portland Union Academy, Forest Lake Academy, Highland View Academy, Thunderbird Adventist Academy, and Templeton Hills Christian School), served as the health and temperance secretary for the Ontario Conference, taught health evangelism at Andrews University, and served as U.S. Army chaplain during the Vietnam War, besides special assignments along the way.

Although retired, Gary still travels and lectures on health and health evangelism, something he greatly enjoys and values since he plans to live to be 107. Throughout his career and retirement, he has taught health or health evangelism in twenty countries. But now he has turned his attention to writing books.
