About the Author
Magna Parks, PhD, has worked as a psychologist since the late 1980s. In her work with various clients, she became increasingly aware that what she had been taught in her years of psychological training was insufficient to adequately treat the many mental disorders that plague society today, including depression. However, she felt that there was "another way" to treat depression, one that addressed the "whole" person. This book explains the principles and concepts she has learned over the years and how her work with clients has taken a positive turn when treating depression naturally.
