When I was going through an ugly divorce, and as my father was passing away, friends and family would ask, "How do you cope and maintain your sanity?" Of course I would get upset and feel the same pressure as anyone else, but I knew I must try to maintain my composure so that I could work through my problems and interact with those around me, especially the ones directly involved with the situation. You must never lose sight of the basic truth that no matter how bumpy and hard life is and no matter what hard times you are facing God will get you through it.
