Carolle Walker has been cooking since she was seven years old thanks to the influence of her grandmother. What began as a hobby turned into a career when she graduated with a certificate in home economics and later a bachelor’s degree in food science and management and a master’s degree in nutrition education. Carolle spent the majority of her career working as a dietitian/nutrition educator in various health-care facilities. Over the years she has conducted vegan and vegetarian cooking and nutrition education classes in an effort to encourage healthful living.
