About the Author

Dolly Kimbel was born and raised in upstate New York. After marrying, she spent a few years in Texas while her husband was in the army. Their children, a boy and two girls, are now married, Dolly and her husband have been blessed with six grandchildren. Reading is one of her special enjoyments, as well as playing her accordion, organ, and piano. Spring is her favorite season. "It's such a pleasure to see all the new things come alive again, and hear the happy songs of the birds."
