About the Book
When He Speaks, I Write addresses modern-day issues in a unique and fresh way. Written in play and spoken word/slam poetry format, this book can be used in churches, schools, or at home. These plays and poems can be performed at youth weekends, Easter weekend, at Christmas time, weddings, baby dedications, “coming of age” ceremonies, or just because. Reading them at home is also a blessing. They vary in performance type from being read by a single person to being performed by several actors. Topics include being true to God in your youth, the emptiness that the world offers, marriage, the temptation and fall of Adam and Eve, the death and resurrection of Jesus, the birth of Jesus, the awesome privilege of being a parent, and more!

You’re holding in your hand a life-changing book. I know that from my own experience. I can vividly re- call the day I read this book. What I thought was just another typical day; I now see was actually the first step on a journey that would take me full circle to where I fell in love with the artistry of writing and God’s word. The reference to music and miraculously merging it to today’s logical linguistic approach is brilliant. The biblically blending bravery of hermeneutical credence is honored. This book is both educational and eternally appealing. Prepare your heart to be thrilled into a memory of who our God is, was and forever will be.
