Author Meryl James-Sebro, Ph.D., a Christian development anthropologist, warns of the danger in society of relying on male-dominated or gender neutral interpretations of God's Word. She urges a more genderstood look at the life and ministry of Jesus, and the way in which He valued, respected, honored, defended, and promoted women's interests as a model for contemporary Christianity.
