About the Book
What do you do when you can’t fall asleep? Do you toss and turn for hours while your mind muddles through worries and to-do lists? If you have found that counting sheep simply doesn’t send you softly into a slumber, then the Just Relax, Recite, and Rest book can help provide the solution you need.
Author Marlene Warren dealt with sleepless nights frequently until she stumbled upon some helpful tools to tackle this dilemma. Now she wants to share her secret with you. Simple as it seems, she began reciting Bible texts with keywords from A to Z until she peacefully drifted off to sleep.
Now you too can count your blessings instead of counting sheep. This method will not only help you sleep but enhance your recall and knowledge of Bible texts. Get ready to take on those weary nights in a way that will lead to more focused morning devotionals as you dive in to search out verses that slipped your memory the night before.
Pleasant dreams as you read, relax, remember, and rest.
Available in PAPERBACK and eBOOK formats.

Mrs. Warren's contribution to the well-being of her fellow Christians and others in these challenging times commands applause. The copious Biblical content calls forth calm and consolation to the soul. Additionally, the construction and categorization of this work invites the reader to retain this book as a ready reference. It is in my role as a frequent Bible teacher that I will appreciate and utilize this resource to address my students’ and my own spiritual needs. I particularly enjoy the "Themes of the Bible" section as an organizing tool to meet those needs. So, I say to the author well done and may God give you the ultimate well done.

Writing a book by selecting verses from your daily Bible studies and putting them together in a logical alphabetical format under chosen topics is an innovative idea. This may be a means of reaching people who have only a casual interest in reading the Holy Bible or who may be interested in specific topics only. I am glad that you have been impressed to put your hobby to a wider use. You book has the potential to be a conduit for spreading God’s message to many who otherwise may not engage in Bible study.

I am impressed with the book especially the categories. This is a creative use of time and a stronghold in life’s spiritual battles. I would also like to build a children's program around each category. I really like your creativity as, I too have experienced nights where it's hard to fall asleep. I often would count backwards from one hundred or use the time to read my Bible. When your children shared a snippet of your writing at a recent virtual party I began to explore the idea if I struggled to sleep. This book would be great to share with friends in need of encouragement. I would enjoy memorizing these texts to strengthen my memory and apply in times of need. Well done and all the best with this project.

The material will be of interest and will no doubt appeal & be inspirational to a wide cross-section of individuals as well as groups. For one thing, the organization/presentation is ‘fun’ not long-winded and/or complicated. It will be useful & appropriate as a gift for students entering high school and/or newly graduated...planning maybe either to enter the work-force or leaving home for the first time for college overseas.

"This book is a unique and helpful application of remembering, maintaining, and applying biblical texts and promises through alphabetical recall. Topically arranged, each section is spiritually focused and is an encouraging tool for all believers, and especially those persons seeking guidance in building trust in the Lord Jesus Christ through daily meditation and recitation of His Word."
