Description
It's summer vacation, and Hailey and Emma are looking forward to riding horses, visiting Grandma and Grandpa next door, and playing outdoors.
But their plans soon change when the girls find a baby bird that has fallen from its nest. Will Mama let them take care of it? If so, how will they care for such a tiny creature that doesn't even have its eyes open? Will Grandma help them, especially since she loves birds?
Charming Chirp is a true story about two girls who become parents to a baby sparrow. The experience teaches them love, empathy, and responsibility as they care for one of God's littlest creatures.

Marlene Bischoff lives in Central Point, Oregon, with her husband, Larry, and cat, Jespaw. They have three grown sons and seven grandchildren, of which two granddaughters live right next door. Marlene and her husband enjoy living on their four-and a-half-acre tract with its large trees that attract countless birds. In their retirement, they enjoy sitting on their deck in the summer and in their sunroom in the rainy winters watching and, of course, feeding the wide variety of birds that call their backyard home.
