The road from being a young Reggae recording artist to becoming a teacher in a Seventh-day Adventist school is an unusual one, but one that Queen Majeeda, traveled by faith. When the twenty-something poet and musician made the journey from her native Jamaica to New York City to do some recording, she decided to pursue a higher education. She had recently become a Christian, and her newfound relationship with God was quickly put to the test as she entered the York College of the City University of New York (CUNY) on a financial shoestring.

I one hundred percent rate this book. Everything I read touched a certain part of me. I found it to be an easy read, in that I could understand all of what the author was relating in her story. I would recommend it for students. I have given it to my daughter to read. I have relatives coming over the summer and I plan to buy more copies of this book to give them as gifts.

Mountain Mover is a very good read that has bolstered my faith. This book will serve as a very good encourager to anyone struggling with doubt as well as cheer those who are keeping their faith to continue going strong with God. It reminds me that nothing is impossible with God. I bought an extra copy as a gift and plan on buying about ten or more for friends and relatives because it definitely makes a good gift.
